Mr. Bill Frauly (yes, an old photo, but I like it, less grey.)
Mr. Bill is the Head Instructor of Total Tae Kwon Do, and has over 23 years experience. He has been instructing/assistant instructing for 20 years.
Mr.Bill began Tae Kwon Do at Moorhead State University, while attending college. After one quarter, and a practical test of his training (ask for the full story) a month later, it has been a part of his life. After transferring to University of Minnesota, pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics (yes, he is a rocket scientist), he started training under Master Ralph Truesdell. He has taught classes for the YMCAs, the City of Minneapolis, and for the past 3 years for the City of Blaine (Blaine Parks and Recreation).
When not practicing or teaching Tae Kwon Do, Mr. Bill enjoys spending time with his family, watching or participating in sports of all types (especially hockey), and of working in the IT industry (Project Management/Information Security).
